Position Description: The Azure DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure, scalable, and automated cloud infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure. The role focuses on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), container orchestration platforms, and DevSecOps practices to support cloud\-native microservices applications
Design, implement, and maintain Azure\-based cloud infrastructure for development, staging, and production environments.
Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and ARM templates/CloudFormation equivalents.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Configure and manage automation tools such as Ansible and Chef for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
Implement DevSecOps best practices, including automated security scanning, secrets management, and compliance controls.
Manage Azure IaaS and PaaS services, ensuring scalability, availability, and performance.
Execute cloud migration projects and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for application modernization initiatives.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
Monitor cloud infrastructure, troubleshoot deployment failures, and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
Implement and manage security services including IAM, Key Vault, WAF, VPN, and network security controls.
Collaborate with development teams to improve application deployment processes and operational efficiency.
Maintain source code repositories and branching strategies using Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation, reliability, and DevOps maturity.
