The Opportunity

UST is looking for Azure DevOps 1 Engineers.

Key Roles \& Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with a strong SRE mindset to support and scale our engineering platforms. The role involves building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and improving operational efficiency across hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• CI/CD \& DevOps Engineering

+ Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines for build, test, and release workflows

+ Manage multi\-stage pipelines, release automation, and environment promotions

+ Improve pipeline reliability, execution time, and failure recovery

+ Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of systems and services

+ Implement monitoring, ing, and observability solutions

+ Drive incident management, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and postmortems

+ Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs

• Infrastructure \& Automation

+ Familiar with on\-prem Infra automation area like storage, linux, windows, network, monitoring or security

• Identity \& Access Management

+ Work on Azure Identity and Hybrid Identity solutions

+ Manage authentication, authorization, and secure access across environments

Required Skills \& Experience

• Strong experience in DevOps \+ SRE practices
• Hands\-on experience with:

+ Azure DevOps (ADO) – pipelines, repos, release management

+ Azure Cloud Services

+ Azure Identity \& Hybrid Identity

+ Ansible for configuration management

+ Python scripting for automation

* Experience with

+ CI/CD pipeline design and optimization

+ Infrastructure automation and system reliability

+ Monitoring, ing, and logging frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in

+ Large\-scale distributed systems or platform engineering

+ Performance tuning and system scalability

+ DevOps in enterprise environments (multi\-team, multi\-geo setups)

* Familiarity with

+ Power BI / dashboards for operational insights

+ Security best practices in DevOps (DevSecOps)
