We are looking for a dynamic and result\-driven Sales Manager – B2B Sales to join our team at a leading Destination Management Company in India.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in B2B travel sales, a solid network of travel trade partners, and the ability to independently close business deals.
- Manage end\-to\-end travel operations: hotels, transfers, flights, trains, tour packages
- Ensure accurate manifests \& timely coordination with suppliers
- Handle customer itineraries, updates, service issues \& communication
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
- Support group handling, events \& overall operational delivery
- Strong travel operations experience (2–4 years mandatory)
- Excellent communication \& customer\-handling skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy \& time management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Ability to work under pressure \& manage deadlines
- Positive attitude, adaptability \& willingness to learn
