Key Responsibilities
1\. School Acquisition \& Business Development
● Identify and build a pipeline of private schools across target geographies
● Drive direct outreach to school principals, directors, and trustees
● Pitch our B2B product suite \- labs, curriculums, after\-school programs, and LMS platform
● Own the end\-to\-end sales cycle from first meeting to signed agreement
● Build and maintain a structured CRM pipeline with regular reporting
● Develop proposals, pricing decks, and partnership agreements tailored to school needs
● Build and scale the Franchisee Network in parallel
2\. Program Implementation \& School Onboarding
● Lead onboarding of newly signed school partners and coordinate content delivery, platform setup,
and staff orientation
● Work with internal teams (product, content, tech) to ensure smooth LMS deployment within schools
● Build SOPs and playbooks for repeatable, scalable school onboarding
● Serve as the primary point of contact for partner schools post\-signing
● Track implementation milestones and resolve on\-ground issues proactively
3\. Account Management \& Revenue Growth
● Manage relationships with active school partners to drive renewals and upsells
● Identify expansion opportunities \- additional programs, more grades, teacher training add\-ons
● Conduct periodic reviews with school stakeholders to assess program health
● Track key B2B metrics: number of active partnerships, revenue per school, renewal rate, NPS
● Gather structured feedback to inform product and content improvements
4\. Data, Reporting \& Process Building
● Build and maintain MIS dashboards for B2B pipeline, revenue, and implementation status
● Document partnership processes for internal scalability and future team onboarding
● Analyze trends across school segments and suggest GTM improvements
● Coordinate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams
● Work on LMS improvements and curriculum requirements
Pay: ₹800,000\.00 \- ₹1,200,000\.00 per year
