We are looking for a proactive and confident B2B Demo Scheduling Executive who will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients, introducing our solutions, and scheduling product demonstrations with decision\-makers.
The role focuses on generating qualified meetings for the sales team and maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
\* Identify and connect with potential business prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
\* Introduce the company's products and services to prospective clients.
\* Understand basic client requirements and qualify leads.
\* Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
\* Follow up with prospects to secure appointments.
\* Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and scheduled meetings in CRM or tracking sheets.
\* Coordinate with internal sales teams regarding scheduled demos and prospect details.
\* Achieve monthly demo scheduling and lead generation targets.
