As a CRM Sales Intern, you will gain hands\-on exposure to the complete B2B software sales cycle while working closely with an experienced sales team. Key Responsibilities Support the sales team in generating leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and follow\-ups. Assist in identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities for CRM software solutions. Coordinate and schedule product demos with prospective clients. Learn to present CRM features, business benefits, and value propositions to business decision\-makers. Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and follow\-up activities using CRM tools. Support proposal creation, presentations, and client communication. Collaborate with product and sales teams to understand customer requirements and improve outreach strategies. Research market trends, customer pain points, and competitor activities in the CRM and enterprise software space. Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in CRM solutions and B2B sales. Self\-motivated, proactive, and willing to work in a target\-driven environment. Good analytical and problem\-solving abilities. Basic understanding of business processes and software solutions. Preferred Skills Prior exposure to lead generation, sales outreach, telecalling, or business development activities. Familiarity with CRM, ERP, HRMS, or sales automation tools. Confidence in interacting with business clients and handling follow\-ups. Ability to conduct market and prospect research. What You Will Learn End\-to\-end B2B CRM sales process: lead generation, qualification, demos, followups, and closures. Practical exposure to CRM software sales and customer engagement strategies. Business communication with decision\-makers and enterprise clients. Usage of CRM tools, sales trackers, and reporting systems. Real\-world experience working with a fast\-paced sales team. Eligibility MBA students (Marketing, Sales, Business Analytics, or related specializations) from recognized B\-Schools.
