Job Overview
We are looking for a confident, results\-oriented Outbound Sales Executive who can proactively reach out to potential clients and pitch Wilyer’s brand and services. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow\-ups.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with decision\-makers, understanding client needs, and positioning Wilyer as a trusted solution partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients daily
- Pitch Wilyer’s services with a strong brand positioning approach
- Generate leads and book meetings/demos
- Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities
- Maintain proper follow\-up with prospects
- Update CRM and daily activity reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Brand Pitching Approach
The candidate must focus on
- Selling value, not just price
- Understanding client problems before offering solutions
- Building long\-term relationships
- Representing Wilyer professionally in all communications
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in cold calling
- Good listening and objection\-handling ability
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
- Target\-driven mindset
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Meeting/demo bookings
- Lead conversion ratio
- Monthly revenue target
- Proper CRM reporting
Compensation
Salary \+ Performance\-based incentives.
