B2B Sales Manager - SaaS & IT services

We need someone who can take ownership of the company's sales function, generate and close business opportunities, lead a sales team, and drive consistent revenue growth. As a growing startup, we are looking for an individual with a leadership mindset who can contribute beyond routine sales activities and actively participate in building and scaling the business.

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• Develop and execute B2B sales and business development strategies.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
• Promote and sell IT services, SaaS solutions, software, and web development services.
• Take ownership of monthly revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Build, manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
• Establish sales processes, monitor team performance, and ensure target achievement.
• Work closely with the founders to identify new business opportunities and growth strategies.

• *REQUIRED SKILLS:**

• 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B IT sales.
• Strong background in SaaS sales, software sales, web development sales, or IT services sales.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and independently close deals.
• Experience in managing or leading a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Strong ownership, leadership, and problem\-solving mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced startup environment.

• *COMPENSATION \& BENEFITS:**

• **Fixed CTC:** ₹3–4 LPA.
• **Incentives:** Additional 5\-10% on revenue generated above the assigned monthly revenue target.
