We are looking for a **B2B Social Media \& Content Marketing Strategist** who understands how to build influence, trust, and organic visibility across professional and niche communities. This hybrid role blends **social media strategy, community engagement, content creation, and B2B audience development**.
The ideal candidate deeply understands **LinkedIn, Reddit, and other relevant B2B community ecosystems**, knows how to craft organic content that resonates, and can drive meaningful conversations that position the brand as a thought leader.
- *Key Responsibilities1\. Social Media Strategy \& Execution (B2B Focus)**
- Develop and maintain a B2B social media strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, and community platforms like Product Hunt, IndieHackers, Slack groups, and niche forums.
- Build brand presence through consistent, high\-quality organic content tailored for professional audiences.
- Manage the company’s social profiles and thought\-leadership profiles (e.g., founders, leadership team) when required.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and best practices to maximize organic reach and engagement.
- *2\. Content Creation \& Narrative Building**
- Create compelling short\-form posts, thought\-leadership content, carousels, micro\-threads, and discussion prompts.
- Research topics relevant to our ICP (ideal customer profile) and industry, translating them into conversations people care about.
- Work with design/content teams to create platform\-optimized visuals and multimedia content.
- Repurpose content efficiently across channels while tailoring tone and messaging.
- *3\. Community Growth, Engagement \& Moderation**
- Participate authentically in relevant subreddits, LinkedIn groups, and specialized community forums.
- Monitor conversations, identify opportunities for engagement, and contribute without being salesy.
- Build and manage our own branded or private community (Slack, Discord, Circle, etc.) if needed.
- Engage with potential customers, partners, and influencers inside communities to foster trust and visibility.
- *4\. Thought Leadership \& Personal Branding**
* Support founders/execs with personal brand strategy
- Post creation
- Comment strategy
- Growth playbooks
- Engagement calendar
- Position leadership as authorities on key topics through regular, high\-quality content contributions.
- *5\. Analytics, Reporting \& Iteration**
- Track key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, click\-throughs, conversions, sentiment).
- Analyze what content resonates across each platform and iterate strategy accordingly.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- *Qualifications \& SkillsRequired**
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, community management, or B2B content marketing.
- Strong understanding of **how B2B audiences behave** and what content drives trust and authority.
- Deep familiarity with **LinkedIn algorithms**, posting styles, and engagement mechanics.
- Practical experience engaging on **Reddit** (including subreddits, AMA formats, community norms, and anti\-self\-promotion rules).
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft platform\-native content.
- Ability to research industry topics and convert them into meaningful narratives and discussions.
- Understanding of community\-led growth and dark social dynamics.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or emerging AI products.
- Ability to analyze social media data using tools like Shield, Taplio, Hypefury, Sprout, SocialPilot, or native analytics.
- Experience managing or scaling online communities (Slack, Discord, etc.).
- Familiarity with influencer/evangelist programs in B2B ecosystems.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how social plays into organic visibility.
