Back Office Assistant

• *Job Description:**

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking **Loading \& Unloading Executive** to manage material handling activities at our company premises. The candidate will be responsible for safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Perform loading and unloading of materials, goods, and equipment from delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid damage during loading, unloading, and shifting
• Verify quantity and condition of incoming and outgoing materials against delivery challans or invoices
• Arrange, stack, and store materials systematically in designated warehouse or storage areas
• Assist in internal movement of materials within the premises as per operational requirements
• Coordinate with the store, purchase, and logistics teams for smooth material flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of loading/unloading zones and storage areas
• Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect materials to the supervisor immediately
• Support stock counting, inventory checks, and periodic audits when required
• Ensure timely completion of loading and unloading activities to avoid delays in operations
• Assist drivers and transport staff during dispatch and receiving processes
• Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor or management

• *Requirements:**

• Minimum qualification: **12th pass or above**
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work
• Basic understanding of material handling processes
• Ability to work in a team
• Prior experience in loading/unloading will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹13,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
