The Back Office Assistant will be tasked with sending daily reports to Business Development teams, creating challans and bills, and managing bill submissions. This includes scanning acknowledgment copies and uploading them to SAP, as well as reconciling courier bills with SAP data to bill clients accurately. Generating MIS reports is also part of the duties. Candidates must have advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. The position offers a monthly salary between ₹25,000 and ₹30,000, with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. Work is conducted entirely on-site at the office.
