1\. Ensuring that no material is sent without invoice, PDIR and E way bill
2\. Keeping records of the transporters and maintaining relevant document records such as LR 3\. Coordination with transporters to arrange for pickup and delivery
4\. Confirmation of material delivery report to be generated
5\. In case of good condition returned goods, handover to store and update the same
6\. Managing daily dispatch of goods to clients
7\. Cross checking if all the dispatch of the clients are done and co\-ordinating with Stores for the same
8\. Making courier entry in ERP System.
9\. Make PDF of Particular parties.
10\. E\-mail the dispatch details to parties.
11\. E\-mail E\-invoices and E\-Way bills.
12\. Give the invoice to stores for Dispatches.
13\. Prepare stickers for packaging
14\. COC as per party’s requirement.
15\. Prepare dispatch papers of factory.
16\. Follow up for Lorry Receipt (LR) Copy.
17\. Filling invoices, Quotation, Purchase order, Proforma invoice.
18\. Ensuring that material has been received by the client
19\. Creating S.O.P’s of Dispatch Process
20\. Any other work assigned.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹17,000\.00 per month
