We are looking for a dedicated and detail\-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge and be comfortable working with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain data records.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Manage office files, documents, and administrative records.
• Handle emails and internal correspondence professionally.
• Coordinate with various departments to support daily operations.
• Assist management with reports and documentation as required.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company information.
• Support day\-to\-day administrative and back\-office activities.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Good typing and data entry skills.
• Basic internet and email handling knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time\-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Graduate candidates preferred.
