Back Office Executive

• *About the Role:**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and organized **Back Office Executive** to support our operations team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling e\-commerce order management, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. Strong communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Bengali** are essential.

• *Key Responsibilities: \* Provide guidance and information to prospective students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.**

• *\* Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and clients.**

• *\* Ensure timely follow\-ups and effective communication.**

• *\* Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic options.**

• *\* Address student queries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.**

• *\* Maintain regular follow\-up with students throughout the admission process.**

• *\* Reach out to prospective students and clients generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and inquiries.**

• *\* Qualify leads and identify potential enrollment opportunities.**

• *\* Schedule counseling sessions, demos, and meetings for the sales team.**

• *\* Maintain lead records and update CRM systems regularly.**

• *Key Skills \& Requirements:**

• Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of **sales, academic counselling** and business development roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, googlesheets).
• Excellent communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Bengali** (spoken \& written).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹12,000\.00 per month
