As a Back Office Executive, you will manage daily office operations and administrative tasks. Core responsibilities include maintaining organized files, records, and documents; answering telephone calls and responding to emails; and preparing reports and data entries using MS Office applications. You will coordinate with staff, clients, and vendors, manage office supplies, and assist with other tasks to ensure seamless office functioning. The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree in any discipline (preferred), possesses basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Email), and demonstrates strong communication and organizational abilities. You must be capable of multitasking, working effectively in a team, and be honest, punctual, and responsible.
