Job Responsibilities

• Handling customer inquiries and follow\-ups
• Preparing quotations and sales coordination
• Maintaining Excel records and documentation
• Supporting sales and dispatch activities
• Coordinating with clients over phone/email/WhatsApp

• Basic computer knowledge
• Good communication skills
