Back Office Executive – Insurance (BQP Certified)

Key Responsibilities

• Process insurance proposals, policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements
• Maintain accurate customer and policy records in system
• Coordinate with insurance companies for approvals and documentation
• Verify KYC and policy documents before submission
• Handle backend support for Life, Health, Motor, and General Insurance products
• Track pending cases and ensure timely closures within TAT
• Prepare MIS reports and daily operational trackers
• Support claim documentation and servicing requests
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company SOPs
• Communicate with branches and field sales teams for policy updates
