As a Back Office Executive (Operations), you will handle sales order processing, coordinate invoicing, prepare quotations and proforma invoices, and generate operational reports. This involves close collaboration with the warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. We require 1 to 3 years of experience, a bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to multitask under deadlines, are essential. Local residents and immediate joiners are preferred. The monthly salary is up to ₹16,000, complemented by Provident Fund benefits. This is a full-time, on-site role.
