We are looking for a detail\-oriented and efficient **Back Office Executive** **\& Telecaller** to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, data entry, documentation, internal coordination, and supporting day\-to\-day back\-end office functions.
*Key Responsibilities**
Data entry, record keeping, and file management (physical and digital).
Maintain and update internal databases, spreadsheets, and reports.
Handle internal communications and coordination with other departments.
Monitor emails, prepare official correspondence, and respond when required.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
*Required Skills and Qualifications**
Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / B.A / B.Sc. preferred).
0\-3 years of experience in a similar back office or administrative role.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Good typing speed and accuracy in data entry.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
Ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.
*Preferred Qualifications**
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup will be an advantage.
Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP / Tally is a plus.
