Sky Umbrella is a growing trading and manufacturing business based in Delhi. We are looking for an organised, detail\-oriented Back Office Executive to keep our sales and operations running smoothly.

Job Title: Back Office Executive – Sales \& Operations

Location: Delhi Office (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full\-time

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

\- Handle daily back\-office operations and documentation.

\- Manage customer enquiries, quotations and order processing.

\- Coordinate with sales, warehouse and dispatch teams.

\- Maintain Excel sheets, stock records and sales reports.

\- Handle invoicing, purchase orders and customer follow\-ups.

\- Assist management with daily operational tasks.

Requirements

\- 1–3 years of relevant back\-office, sales support or operations experience preferred.

\- Good knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formulas, reports) and basic computer operations.

\- Good communication and coordination skills.

\- Experience in trading, wholesale or manufacturing businesses preferred.

\- Must be able to work full\-time from our Delhi office.
