Job Title: Back Office Executive

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The candidate should have knowledge of manufacturing documentation processes, including quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), Proforma Invoices (PI), and coordination with internal departments and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage customer quotations based on technical and commercial requirements.
• Create, process, and maintain Purchase Orders (POs).
• Generate and follow up on Proforma Invoices (PIs) and sales\-related documents.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, sales, and accounts teams.
• Maintain records of orders, invoices, dispatches, and customer communications.
• Track order status and ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Handle documentation related to manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Prepare reports, MIS, and data entries in ERP/Excel systems.
• Assist in vendor and customer correspondence.
• Ensure accurate filing and record management.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial company back\-office operations.
• Knowledge of Quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), Proforma Invoices (PI), Sales Orders, and related documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Experience with ERP software is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Understanding of manufacturing processes and commercial documentation.
• Knowledge of GST invoicing and dispatch documentation.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
