Back Office Operation Executive
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Bowbazar (Boubazaar), Kolkata
Office Timing
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Handle back office operational activities
- Manage Mutual Fund and Loan\-related operational work
- Maintain and update records in Google Sheets and Excel
- Handle professional email communication with clients and internal teams
- Coordinate documentation and operational processes
- Maintain accurate data and reports
- Support day\-to\-day office operations and client coordination
- Ensure timely processing and follow\-up of operational tasks
Required Skills \& Experience
- Experience in Mutual Fund and Loan operations is mandatory
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel
- Professional email drafting and communication skills
- Experience in back office or operations profile
- Good coordination and documentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple operational tasks efficiently
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with finance/loan/mutual fund industry experience preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Good communication and computer skills required
- Responsible and detail\-oriented candidate
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
