- *Backend Developer (MERN Stack) – 3 to 5 Years**
We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with **3–5 years** of hands\-on experience in the MERN stack to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong product engineering mindset, proven experience working in a **product\-based** **company**, and a track record of building scalable, secure, and high\-performance applications used by a large user base.
The candidate will play a key role in designing backend architecture, developing robust APIs, optimizing system performance, and contributing to technical decisions that drive product growth and reliability.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Build secure, reusable, and high\-performance RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Design and optimize MongoDB databases, collections, indexes, and aggregation pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, QA teams, and DevOps teams to deliver high\-quality product features.
- Architect solutions that can handle high traffic, large datasets, and growing business requirements.
- Implement authentication, authorization, data security, and performance optimization strategies.
- Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical planning.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement long\-term solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well\-documented code following engineering best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes, monitoring, logging, and deployment automation.

- **Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6\+) and TypeScript.**
