We are looking for a Backend Operations Executive to manage daily operational activities related to order processing, inventory management, logistics coordination, reporting, and customer support backend functions. The candidate should have good analytical skills and experience working with e\-commerce platforms and courier aggregators.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage daily orders on e\-commerce marketplaces and websites.
Monitor order fulfillment, dispatch, delivery, and RTO shipments.
Coordinate with courier partners for shipment\-related issues.
Maintain inventory records and update stock across all sales channels.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports in Excel.
Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and customer support teams.
Ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
*Required Skills**
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).
Knowledge of courier aggregators like Shiprocket, Pickrr, NimbusPost, etc.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and problem\-solving ability.
*Qualification**
12th and Graduate in any discipline.
