This Backend Operations Executive role provides critical support for our U.S.-based recruitment and operational processes, distinct from domestic recruitment. You will manage the end-to-end candidate journey within our CRM and HRIS systems, ensuring seamless progression through hiring workflows. Key tasks include completing all post-recruitment onboarding steps, such as activating candidate accounts across various portals, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date candidate profiles in all systems. The position demands strict adherence to compliance protocols, meticulous data management, and effective coordination with our U.S.-based teams to guarantee the smooth and efficient functioning of recruitment operations from a backend support perspective.
