About the Role We’re looking for someone who can consistently drive outreach and build connections with potential clients through calls and WhatsApp. This is not a mass\-calling role. The focus is on meaningful, well\-targeted outreach and professional communication that builds genuine interest in our services. Key Responsibilities 1\. Telecalling \& Outreach **Reach out to relevant and targeted prospects, not mass databases** Introduce company services in a clear, confident, and engaging manner **Focus on quality conversations and understanding client requirements, not just pitching** Maintain consistency in daily outreach and communication 2\. Lead Generation \& Follow\-ups **Generate and qualify leads for the business** Maintain regular and timely follow\-ups with interested prospects **Track lead movement and update status regularly 3\. WhatsApp Marketing \& Communication** Share company profiles, proposals, and creatives with prospects **Maintain structured and professional communication** Execute planned WhatsApp outreach campaigns 4\. Database \& Reporting **Build and maintain a database of potential clients** Keep records of conversations, responses, and follow\-ups **Ensure data is organized and regularly updated What We’re Looking For** 1–5 Experience in tele\-calling / outreach / backend roles **Experience in the event industry is preferred** Strong communication skills are a must (Hindi \& good English) **Good working knowledge of emails, MS Office, and professional communication practices** Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp communication, and consistent follow\-ups **Consistency, discipline, and patience in daily work** Basic understanding of client handling and lead conversion flow **Polite, professional, and respectful communication style What Makes This Role Different** This is not a script\-based or mass\-calling role, the focus is on meaningful, well\-targeted outreach and quality conversations **You represent the brand in every interaction, so communication is expected to be thoughtful, relevant, and professional** Exposure to real client conversations across corporates, schools, and event organizers **Opportunity to grow into client servicing, business development, or core sales roles based on performance** A role that blends communication, understanding, and business impact, not just calling volume Work Culture Note **This is a quality\-first outreach role, not random or spam\-based calling** You’ll be expected to understand the client before reaching out, and communicate with context and clarity **Daily consistency in outreach and follow\-ups is important, but approach matters more than volume** Work is structured, office\-based, and focused on professional communication standards **The role demands patience, discipline, and the ability to build conversations, not just make a count of calls**
