We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Bakery Manager** to lead our kitchen and front\-of\-house team. As the Bakery Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure production quality meets our high standards, and drive sales through excellent customer service. You should be a hands\-on leader who isn't afraid to put on an apron when needed but also possesses the business acumen to manage costs and inventory.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Operations Management:** Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring the bakery is clean, stocked, and ready for business. Manage staff scheduling to optimize labor costs while meeting customer demand.
**Production \& Quality Control:** Supervise the baking team to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of all products. Assist in recipe development and menu planning.
**Team Leadership:** Hire, train, and mentor bakery staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Conduct performance reviews and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
**Inventory \& Cost Control:** Manage inventory levels of ingredients and packaging. Order supplies, negotiate with vendors, and minimize food waste to meet food cost targets.
**Customer Service:** Handle customer inquiries, special orders, and complaints with professionalism. Ensure the front\-of\-house team delivers a superior customer experience.
**Compliance:** Ensure the bakery complies with all local health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and sanitation protocols.
