Job Description

We are looking for Customer Support \& Sales Executives for a banking\-related customer service process in Thane.

The role involves handling customer enquiries, providing information about banking products and services, understanding customer requirements, and assisting with sales and customer engagement activities.

Candidates with good English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries related to banking products and services.
• Provide accurate information about product features and eligibility criteria.
• Understand customer requirements and assist with suitable product information.
• Support sales and customer engagement activities.
• Maintain customer information and update records in the system.
• Follow company procedures and quality guidelines.
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
• Meet assigned performance and service quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good listening and customer\-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target\-oriented environment.

Candidates may be required to complete an English communication assessment as part of the selection process.

Salary Details

Two employment structures are available, subject to eligibility

• *NAPS Apprenticeship**

• Approximate monthly amount: ₹21,000\.
• Stipend and applicable benefits as per the approved scheme and apprenticeship terms.

• *Regular Employment**

• Monthly CTC: ₹22,000\.
• Approximate monthly take\-home: ₹18,600\.
• Final salary will be subject to applicable deductions.

Employment category and salary structure will be explained before the offer is accepted.

Work Schedule

• Location: Thane, Maharashtra.
• Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Working days: Monday to Saturday.
• Weekly off: Sunday.
• Work mode: On\-site.

Transportation

Pick\-up and drop assistance from Thane Railway Station may be available, subject to designated routes and company policies.
