Job Overview

We are looking for candidates for the position of MIS Executive – Insurance Process in Thane, Maharashtra. Candidates should have prior experience in insurance operations, good knowledge of MS Excel, and a basic understanding of insurance documentation and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update insurance\-related data and records.
• Perform data entry, verification, and documentation activities.
• Use MS Excel for data management, tracking, and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports.
• Update customer and policy information accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow process guidelines and maintain data quality standards.
• Support day\-to\-day back\-office operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• HSC pass or Graduate.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an insurance process.
• Experience in life, health, or motor insurance is acceptable.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of insurance documentation and operations.
• Average communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
