• Bank OD/LC Approval follow\-ups
• Budget Planning
• Financial maintenance's
• Banking \& Finance operations
• Developing and Implementing Strategies
• Well Knowlegde about Banking related activities \& expertise
• Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
• **Application \& Documentation Tracking:** Follow up with applicants and internal sales/credit teams to collect missing KYC, financial statements, ITRs, property titles, or collateral papers before and after sanction.
• **Lender \& Interdepartmental Coordination:** Liaise with bank branches, NBFC credit desks, legal teams, and technical/valuation agencies to clear pending queries and move files to disbursement.
• **Portfolio \& Repayment Monitoring:** Track active loan portfolios to monitor repayment activities, identify early delinquency signs, and track overdue or past\-due accounts.
• **Follow\-Up \& Debt Recovery Operations:** Conduct structured follow\-ups (calls, notices, and site visits) with borrowers regarding upcoming or missed EMIs, pre\-closure requests, or account regularizations.
• **Sanction Conditions Compliance:** Ensure all post\-sanction conditions (PSCs) and pre\-disbursement conditions (PDCs) are satisfied and documented accurately.

Location: Bangalore Karnataka.

Salary : 40k to 1L

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
