Job Description

We are looking for Customer Support Executives for a banking process in Thane, Maharashtra.

The role involves handling customer enquiries, providing information about banking products and services, assisting customers with product\-related queries, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Candidates with good English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer\-oriented approach are encouraged to apply.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries related to banking products and services.
• Provide information about product features, benefits, and eligibility.
• Understand customer requirements and assist with relevant information.
• Support customer engagement and sales activities.
• Maintain and update customer information in the system.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
• Escalate customer concerns whenever required.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good interpersonal and customer\-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target\-oriented environment.
• Customer service or sales experience will be an added advantage.

Salary Details

• *NAPS Employment:**

• Approximate monthly in\-hand amount: ₹21,000\.

• *Regular Employment:**

• Monthly CTC: ₹22,000\.
• Approximate monthly take\-home: ₹18,600\.

Final compensation will be as per the applicable employment structure.

• Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday.

Transportation Facility

Pick\-up and drop assistance is available from Thane Station, subject to designated routes and schedules.
