Job Summary

We are looking for customer\-oriented individuals for a Customer Support Executive position in a banking\-related customer service and sales support process.

The selected candidates will assist customers with product\-related enquiries, provide information about banking services, maintain customer records, and support customer engagement activities. Candidates should have good English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a professional approach to customer service.

Freshers with a willingness to learn and experienced candidates with relevant customer service or sales experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries related to banking products and services.
• Explain product features, benefits, terms, and eligibility requirements.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate product information.
• Support customer engagement and sales\-related activities.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the designated systems.
• Follow established procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate team when required.
• Work towards assigned productivity, service quality, and performance targets.
• Maintain professional communication throughout customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data\-entry skills.
• Good listening and customer\-handling abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow process guidelines and work in a target\-oriented environment.

• *Communication Assessment:** Candidates may be required to complete an English communication assessment, such as Versant, depending on the selection process.

Salary and Employment Structure

Candidates may be considered for one of the following arrangements, subject to eligibility and the applicable employment terms:

• *Option 1: NAPS Arrangement**

• Approximate monthly in\-hand amount: ₹21,000, subject to the approved compensation structure.
• Stipend and other applicable benefits will be determined by the relevant scheme and engagement terms.

• *Option 2: Regular Employment**

• Monthly CTC: ₹22,000\.
• Approximate monthly take\-home salary: ₹18,600, subject to applicable deductions and the final salary structure.

The applicable employment category, compensation details, deductions, and terms will be explained to candidates before acceptance of an offer.

Transportation Facility

Pick\-up and drop assistance is available from Thane Station, subject to designated routes, schedules, and company policies. Transportation support during training may also be available, subject to the applicable policy.
