Sales Executive for battery sales is a frontline role responsible for driving revenue by acquiring new customers, managing dealer networks, and promoting energy storage solutions. They directly impact market expansion and customer retention in both B2B (industrial, solar) and B2C (auto, inverter) segments.
- **Lead Generation \& Market Mapping:** Identify and target potential dealers, distributors, garages, and corporate clients within the assigned territory.
- **Sales \& Target Achievement:** Pitch, negotiate, and close sales for various batteries (e.g., automotive, inverter, EV, or solar) to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- **Channel \& Dealer Management:** Support and manage the existing distribution network to ensure optimal stock availability, product placement, and brand visibility.
- **Payment \& Order Processing:** Ensure timely collections, handle outstanding payments, and facilitate the order delivery process according to company policy.
- **Customer Support \& Buy\-Backs:** Assist with product inquiries, address warranty claims/complaints, and manage the collection and disposal documentation for scrap/buy\-back batteries.
- **Market Intelligence:** Gather competitor pricing, monitor market trends, and provide regular sales reports to regional management.
Key Qualifications \& Skills
- Responsible for achievement of sales budgets in the assigned territory by closely working with the franchisee.
- Responsible for achievement of sales revenue assigned across entire product portfolio of Amaron
- To anchor the field level implementation of all marketing programmes.
- To collect market intelligence regarding competitor activities.
- To ensure expansion of retail network as per assigned budgets.
- To submit reports on a periodic basis.
- To work in close association with the service personnel to ensure effective warranty management \& post\-sales service.
Qualification : MBA or BE/ BTech
