Overview : Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Executive (BDE) specializing in Upwork bidding! We’re looking for a motivated Bidder who excels in securing projects through strategic bidding and exceptional client communication.
Key Responsibilities : \- Client Engagement: Use professional phone etiquette to communicate with potential clients.
\- Outbound Calls: Conduct calls to prospective clients to identify and secure new projects.
\- Bid Management: Perform data entry related to bids and project details, and tailor bids to meet project requirements.
\- Client Needs Analysis: Communicate effectively to understand client needs and propose targeted solutions.
\- Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service throughout the bidding process.
\- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
\- Strong sales abilities to successfully secure projects.
\- Capability to analyze project requirements and submit competitive bids.
\- Bilingual Proficiency: Additional language skills for improved client communication.
\- Multilingual Experience: Experience in working with diverse client interactions.
\- Technical Knowledge: Strong Technical skills and Knowledge of Bidding process. \- Experience: 1 year preferred.
