Job Summary

App Innovation Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result\-oriented **Business Development Executive (BDE)** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales and possess excellent communication and relationship\-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical team.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Self\-motivated with a target\-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
• Experience in IT services or software sales is preferred.
