BDE (Business Development Executive)

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Business Development Executive (BDE)** with strong communication skills and hands\-on experience in **lead generation, CRM platforms, and SaaS product sales**. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, capable of identifying business opportunities, and skilled in managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Identify and engage potential clients for CRM and SaaS\-based solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable product solutions.
• Conduct product demos and coordinate with internal teams for successful onboarding.
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
• Build and maintain long\-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and follow\-up schedules.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve conversion strategies.

• *Required Skills**

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of **CRM platforms** and **SaaS products**.
• Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities.
• Experience in B2B sales or SaaS sales preferred.
• Ability to handle negotiations and close deals effectively.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, and MS Office.
• Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and proactive approach.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Prior experience in SaaS, CRM, or technology sales is an advantage.
