Position Overview
We are seeking a results\-driven **Business Development Executive** to drive merchant acquisition and partnership growth. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, pitching our tech solutions to restaurant owners, hotel managers, commercial kitchens.
Note on Compensation: This is a 100% commission\-based role. There is no base salary, but we offer an industry\-leading, uncapped commission structure with recurring payouts on active accounts. Your earning potential is entirely in your hands.Key Responsibilities
- **B2B Prospecting:** Identify, cold\-call, and visit potential partners (restaurants, cloud kitchens, etc.) to pitch our food\-tech solutions.
- **Onboarding \& Closing:** Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and successful onboarding onto our platform.
- **Relationship Management:** Maintain strong relationships with acquired partners to ensure long\-term retention and account health.
- **Market Feedback:** Act as the eyes and ears on the ground, sharing market trends and merchant feedback with our product team.

Requirements \& Qualifications
- **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or merchant acquisition. Experience in the food\-tech, SaaS, or hospitality industry is a massive plus.
- **Skills:** Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship\-building skills.
- **Mindset:** Self\-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently without daily supervision.
- **Tools:** Possession of a personal smartphone and reliable transport for field visits.
Pay: ₹5,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
