Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Executive with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of building strong relationships with clients, understanding customer needs, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
\* Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, meetings, and follow\-ups.
\* Present products/services effectively and address customer queries.
\* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
\* Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
\* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
\* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
\* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
\* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
\* Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
\* Ability to confidently interact with clients and stakeholders.
\* Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and proactive.
\* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
\* Candidates must be residing in Gurgaon or nearby locations.
\* Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
