Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and result\-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience generating leads and acquiring projects through freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, communicating with potential clients, submitting proposals, and converting leads into projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
- Submit customized proposals and bids to potential clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and negotiate project terms.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
- Maintain records of bids, proposals, and client communications.
Required Skills
- Experience working on Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proposal writing and client handling abilities.
- Knowledge of IT services, web development, digital marketing, or software solutions is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good negotiation and relationship\-building skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Online Bidding, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Understanding of international client communication.
Salary: ₹15,000 \- 18,000
