Job Description
- *Hiring: Business Development Executive / Sales Executive**
Location: Nagpur
Work Type: Field Work (On\-site)
Employment: Full\-Time
Experience: 0–3 Years (Solar industry preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, networking and market research
- Meet clients, present company products/services and convert leads into sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Conduct site surveys and coordinate with technical team for proposals
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily/weekly sales reports
Promote solar EPC solutions and products within the assigned territorySupport marketing team during exhibitions, presentations and events- Any Graduate (Engineering or Solar background is an advantage)
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Must be comfortable with field sales and frequent travel within city
- Self\-motivated, result\-oriented and able to work independently
- Two\-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
