About the Role
TFG is looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive to support the growth of its Events, Media, and Production Services business in Delhi NCR. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation across corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, media sales, advertising solutions, sponsorships, documentary production, corporate films, photography, videography, and digital content services.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and networking skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to identify and convert business opportunities into long\-term client relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development \& Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and field visits.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across corporates, government organizations, agencies, educational institutions, and industry associations.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales discussions.

Media Sales \& Advertising Solutions
- Promote and sell advertising opportunities, branded content, sponsorship packages, and media partnerships.
- Approach brands, agencies, and event organizers for advertising and promotional collaborations.
- Assist in developing customized advertising and media proposals.
- Support revenue generation through event sponsorships and branding opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision\-makers, marketing teams, HR professionals, communication heads, and event managers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable event, media, and production solutions.
- Ensure timely follow\-ups and effective communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Proposal \& Sales Support
- Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
- Coordinate with internal creative, production, and operations teams for project planning and execution.
- Assist in contract negotiations and deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Market Research \& Networking
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and business forums to generate leads.
- Build relationships with event organizers, media agencies, marketing agencies, and industry stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Event Sales, Media Sales, Advertising Sales, or Sponsorship Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and online sales platforms.
- Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for client meetings and networking events.
