BDR Intern Marvedge
This is a commission based internship role. You will earn 20% commission on every successfully converted lead or closed sale generated through your efforts.

Marvedge is building products and experiences that help businesses communicate, convert, and grow better. We are looking for a sharp, curious, and self driven BDR Intern who can help us build a strong pipeline of potential customers, partners, communities, and investor contacts.
Role Summary
This role is focused on finding, qualifying, and building relationships with leads for Marvedge. You will support business development efforts by researching prospects, building contact lists, identifying outreach opportunities, and helping us connect with the right people.
You will also contribute towards community partnerships, relationship building, and fundraising related research by identifying relevant founders, startup communities, investors, agencies, creators, and ecosystem partners.
This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys research, outreach, networking, and turning conversations into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads across target industries and markets.
Build and maintain lead lists with accurate contact details and company information.
Find decision makers, founders, marketers, operators, creators, community managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Support outbound business development efforts through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels.
Qualify leads based on fit, interest, and potential value for Marvedge.
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and startup ecosystem connections.
Identify and support community partnership opportunities with creators, startups, agencies, and online communities.
Help source and organize investor contacts, including angels, venture firms, and fundraising opportunities.
Support fundraising research and founder outreach efforts.
Maintain clean records of prospects, outreach status, conversations, and follow up notes.
Track responses, update pipelines, and help improve lead generation processes.
Coordinate with the founder or business team on outreach strategy and lead prioritization.
What We Are Looking For
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfort with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
A strong interest in startups, sales, business development, fundraising, partnerships, and networking.
Someone who is proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Strong relationship building and communication skills.
Ability to organize information clearly and act fast.
A learning mindset and willingness to test, improve, and repeat.
Nice to Have
Prior experience in lead generation, sales, business development, founder outreach, or partnerships.
Familiarity with startup ecosystems and investor research.
Experience using tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, Notion, or similar platforms.
Understanding of cold outreach best practices.
Experience managing partnerships, communities, or networking initiatives.
