As we continue to expand our retail presence, we are looking for passionate and customer\-focused professionals to join our **Kimirica Shop\-in\-Shop (SIS) Counters** in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
Recommend suitable skincare, bath \& body, fragrance, and gifting products based on customer needs
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits
Maintain visual merchandising standards and counter hygiene
Manage stock replenishment and inventory at the counter
Support promotions, in\-store activations, and new product launches

Desired Candidate Profile

1–5 years of experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, wellness, or premium retail sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for luxury brands and customer engagement
Sales\-driven and target\-oriented mindset
**Age below 30 years**

Compensation \& Benefits

**Net take\-home salary up to ₹30,000 per month** (post PF and statutory deductions)
Compensation will depend on interview performance, relevant experience, and current/last drawn salary
