Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic **Bench Sales Recruiter** to join our US IT Staffing team. Freshers with excellent communication skills and candidates with up to 5 years of Bench Sales or US IT Recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants to implementation partners and vendors.
• Search and identify suitable job requirements through job portals and vendor networks.
• Submit consultants to matching requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with vendors and clients.
• Negotiate rates and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Track submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain daily activity reports and meet assigned targets.

Requirements

• 0–5 years of experience in Bench Sales or US IT Recruitment.
• Freshers with strong English communication skills can also apply.
• Basic knowledge of the US Staffing process is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, or Indeed is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor's Degree.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
