We Technumen seeking an aggressive, results\-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. You will market our internal IT consultants to prime vendors. This role operates in a highly collaborative, employee\-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
**Market Consultants**: Place IT consultants on bench with Tier 1 vendors, Prime Vendors, and direct clients.
**Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong networks with Prime Vendors and implementation partners.
**End\-to\-End Sales**: Manage the complete sales cycle from profile marketing to interview scheduling and rate negotiation.
**Requirement Analysis**: Identify suitable requirements for consultants daily from job portals, networks, and vendors.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
**Experience**: 2 to 5 years of proven success in US IT Bench Sales.
**Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
**Visa \& Tax Knowledge**: Deep understanding of US visas (H1B, H1\-B Transfer, OPT, Stem OPT, CPT, E3, TN, Green Card, US Citizen) and Tax terms .
**Sales Drive**: Aggressive mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding placement targets.
