The Benefits Operations Integrations team sits at the heart of Rippling's Benefits platform, managing hundreds of integrations every month to ensure seamless, automated enrollment and eligibility data flows between Rippling and our clients' carriers.
We're looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead our India\-based Integrations Specialist team, someone who combines strong people management with hands\-on operational problem\-solving and a drive for continuous improvement.
You'll own the end\-to\-end performance of a team responsible for EDI/API configurations, carrier\-level debugging, and post\-production support across a growing client base. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer experience, with significant cross\-functional engagement across insurance carriers, customers, Product, and Engineering.
