About the Role

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and organized Billing Executive to join our logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing customer invoices, maintaining billing records, coordinating with operations teams, and ensuring timely and accurate billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and process customer invoices as per agreed rates and contracts.
• Verify trip sheets, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and supporting documents before billing.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
• Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for billing\-related queries.
• Track outstanding invoices and assist in payment follow\-ups.
• Reconcile billing data with transport records.
• Prepare billing reports and MIS as required by management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer billing requirements.
• Handle invoice revisions, debit notes, and credit notes when required.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight, or supply chain industry preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Familiarity with Tally, ERP, or billing software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in transport billing and freight invoicing.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
• Strong follow\-up and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle large volumes of invoices.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
