Kunnil Hypermarket is looking for a dedicated and customer\-focused **Billing Executive / Cashier** to manage billing operations and ensure a smooth checkout experience for customers. The ideal candidate should be accurate, responsible, and capable of handling billing transactions efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
*Responsibilities and Duties**
Handle billing and cashier operations efficiently and accurately
Generate invoices and process customer payments through cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods
Ensure proper billing procedures and maintain transaction accuracy
Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily sales transactions
Address customer billing queries professionally
Coordinate with sales and store teams for smooth checkout operations
Maintain records of billing transactions and reports
Ensure POS systems are functioning properly and report issues promptly
Verify product pricing and promotions during billing
Assist in handling returns, exchanges, and customer complaints as per company policy
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter
Support store operations whenever required
*Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
Any degree.
Minimum **0–2 years of experience** in billing, cashier, or customer service roles.\|
Freshers are also welcome.
