Billing Executive

We are hiring a **Billing Executive** with experience in Telecom/ISP billing operations. The candidate will be responsible for invoice processing, accounts receivable follow\-up, payment reconciliation, and client coordination.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong Excel knowledge, and experience handling billing activities in a fast\-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time
• Verify purchase orders, contracts, and billing details before invoice submission
• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal accounts and operations teams for payment tracking
• Maintain accurate billing records and accounts receivable reports
• Handle invoice corrections, credit notes, and payment reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with invoicing standards, GST, and company policies
• Prepare MIS reports related to billing and collections
• Support audit and documentation requirements when needed
• Maintain professional communication with clients regarding billing queries

Required Skills

• Experience in Billing / Accounts Receivable / Invoice Processing
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
• Familiarity with billing software or ERP systems
• Understanding of GST and invoicing processes
• Strong communication and follow\-up skills
• Attention to detail and problem\-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Telecom, ISP, Broadband, Networking, or related industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Immediate joiners preferred
