Job Description – Vendor Billing Engineer (Interior Fit\-Out)

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end vendor billing for interior fit\-out and construction projects.
• Verify vendor RA bills and final bills against approved BOQs, work orders, and contract terms.
• Review site measurements, quantity calculations, and executed work.
• Ensure accuracy of rates, quantities, and billing documentation.
• Coordinate with Project, Purchase, Accounts, and Site teams for bill verification.
• Verify deductions, retention money, advances, and applicable taxes.
• Prepare and maintain vendor billing statements and reconciliation reports.
• Monitor outstanding vendor bills and ensure timely processing of payments.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and commercial issues with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company billing procedures and contractual requirements.
• Lead and guide the billing team to ensure timely and accurate bill processing.

Required Qualifications \& Experience

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 8–12 years of experience in vendor billing in the interior fit\-out or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, quantity surveying, and measurement sheets.
• Expertise in RA billing, final billing, and vendor reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
